1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7u7j Casino ("7u7j", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 7u7j online gaming platform, including the website at https://7u7j.app, any associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming, betting, payment, and promotional services offered therein.

By accessing the 7u7j platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a player account on 7u7j, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the laws of your specific jurisdiction.

• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 7u7j platform. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at any given time.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, either as administered by 7u7j or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 7u7j Casino or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.

7u7j reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, upon account upgrade, or where suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by the Government of Bangladesh or equivalent government authorities. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

Where 7u7j has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds withheld pending investigation. If underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the source payment method at 7u7j's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and promotional offers available on 7u7j, you must create a player account. Account registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is truthful, accurate, and your own. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during the registration process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active account on the 7u7j platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7u7j reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account. 7u7j will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All 7u7j player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and transaction records are expressed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7u7j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all of which are natively integrated into the platform without third-party redirects:

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 7u7j is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, although individual payment methods may have their own transaction limits. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to reflect. 7u7j does not charge any fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 2 business hours for verified mobile wallet accounts and within 1 to 3 business days for card and bank transfer withdrawals. Before any withdrawal can be approved, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7u7j reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our fraud detection systems or where the cumulative withdrawal amount in a 30-day period exceeds ৳50,000. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal being returned to the player's account balance.

Player funds deposited into 7u7j accounts are held separately from 7u7j's operational funds at all times. This fund segregation protects player balances in the event of any financial difficulty experienced by 7u7j as a business entity.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

7u7j offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prize pools, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement on 7u7j bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows, unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms:

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7u7j operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7u7j reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the player's account without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins have an expiry period from the date of award, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire after 7 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any accumulated bonus winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically. 7u7j will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

The 7u7j welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a 7u7j account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7u7j platform are subject to the rules published by the respective game providers. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game instructions and the rules published by the game provider, the game provider's rules shall take precedence. 7u7j acts as an agent and platform operator for the games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

Key provisions include: all quoted odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; live in-play bets are accepted subject to a processing delay; 7u7j reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of bet placement; and minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and will be displayed clearly before bet confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 7u7j platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances at 7u7j's absolute discretion:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account. Any deposits originating from fraudulent payment instruments will be voided and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the 7u7j platform (see Section 3.2).
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known or reported bugs will be void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crime using the 7u7j platform. 7u7j complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 7u7j staff member or other player in any communication channel, including live chat and email.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, age, or any other material information to 7u7j.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 7u7j platform, its content, or its proprietary technology.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is strictly prohibited, where you have knowingly misrepresented your location to circumvent restrictions.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 7u7j account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 7u7j will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests and close the account within 5 business days. Any bonus funds or bonus winnings remaining in the account at the point of closure will be forfeited unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

8.2 Closure by 7u7j

7u7j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 7u7j has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 7u7j; or the player has become subject to a self-exclusion request or responsible gaming intervention.

In cases of closure due to breach of Terms or fraudulent conduct, 7u7j reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation. 8.3 Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended. 11. Privacy & Data Protection
